PRIVATE PERRIS BBQ SESSION
It goes without saying that any time all of us are at the track together we're having fun, but this night was ridiculous. Jim Woods rented the track and only invited a handful of people to ride. Which meant we didn't have to wait in staging forever for our 8 laps, we could turn left as long as we wanted. If the wide open private track didn't spoil us, the food did. BBQ Bob was on the grill in between laps and cooked the best food any of us has ever had at the track. From secretly seasoned asparagus, to rare fish I can't spell, we'd have to hire a cater to compete with this practice session.
